These general terms and conditions of sale apply to any order placed on tribomeca.com, operated by ABC Tribologie (TriboMeca brand), SAS with share capital of €10,000, Paris Trade Register, SIRET 984 021 410 00019, registered office at 6 rue d'Armaillé, 75017 Paris.
Article 1 — Purpose These terms govern the sale of products offered by TriboMeca on tribomeca.com.
Article 2 — Products and Prices Products are those described on the site, subject to availability. Prices are shown in euros, tax included, and may be changed at any time; the price applicable is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
Article 3 — Order An order is validated once the customer has completed the entire process, accepted these terms of sale, and made payment. A confirmation email is then sent.
Article 4 — Payment Payment is made online, securely, at the time the order is placed.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumer customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. See our return and refund policy.
Article 7 — Legal Warranties All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 8 — Liability TriboMeca cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, stock shortage, or fault on the part of the customer.
Article 9 — Governing Law and Disputes These terms of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, consumer customers may use the free services of a consumer mediator [name to be confirmed]. Failing that, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
